The project

Private homes, connected by landscape and community.

La Perla Valley is a village concept in the green hills behind Playa La Perla, a short drive from El Zonte. Homes sit among the trees, linked by paths, gardens and shared growing spaces, with a welcoming streetfront of cafés, small businesses and studios along the existing road.

It is designed for people who want more than a vacation house: a place to live part of the year among neighbors, to grow food, to walk to the beach and to belong to something with care beneath the aesthetic.

01

Development investment

Join the project as a capital partner in building the village. A full investor brief, development plan and illustrative economics are shared privately with qualified inquiries.

Suits: Development and impact investors
02

Residence ownership

Own a home in the valley for personal use, with the option to rent it when you are away. Some partners choose to do both.

Suits: Families, couples and second-home buyers

Investment and ownership are separate agreements, subject to final legal documents. Land title, approvals, budget and legal structure are reviewed independently before any commitment.
